Materials needed: Heart template cut from a water-resistant material (like plastic canvas), Nako Keche, hot water, oil-based soap, tulle, nylon, bamboo serving, cloth. (The template to be made should be 30-40 percent larger than the desired Chisel size of the project. After the template is removed, the project made during the felting process will shrink.)

The same technique is used in fabric making. The only difference is that the wool is placed on the template, not on the bamboo serving. Place two layers of vertical and horizontal wool strips on the heart template to make the heart frame.

After placing the wool on one side of the template, place the tulle on it. Take care to make the water and soap work with your hands and leave the edges dry.

Turn the template over. Press the dry edges onto the template with the help of water. Then place the vertical and horizontal wool strips in two layers on the template, put tulle on it. Wash with soap and water, leaving the edges dry. Turn the template upside down and fold the edges with the help of water. The wool with which the soap and water are fed will completely cover the heart-shaped template.

Roll the heart into the bamboo serving and follow the rolling process in fabric making.

When the rounding is finished, cut a circle in the middle of one side to complete the frame and remove the template from there. Smooth the cut part with the help of soap and water so that the wool does not scatter, and rub it with your hands to felt it. Re-roll and roll the heart frame to get the perfect result.

Rinse well and let dry.

At the end of the work, you will have a wonderful frame like the picture.
